To accomplish our mission of bringing blockchain to a billion people, we’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to drive growth within our enterprise customer base and own critical business outcomes. This includes defining account strategy and building GTM/product motion’s to expand key account’s footprints on Alchemy .

In this role, you will work closely with the Technical Account Manager Lead to forecast the health of your enterprise customer base and continuously develop strategies for growing these relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with teammates across the company, including leadership and our founders. This opportunity offers immense growth and learning opportunities as we enter a new and exciting phase of the company.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in creating enterprise-facing collateral and building customer pipelines and that effectively drives deals. Almost more importantly, they will have interest and curiosity in web3 and the underlying tech that powers the blockchain.

In the role:

  • Report on customer health and proactively guide customers to operate effectively and efficiently while aiming to expand their revenue footprint
  • Be responsible for identifying customer growth opportunities, increasing attach-rate of our products with customers and driving customer retention
  • Regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, operations teams, developers, and other cross-functional teams
  • Work collaboratively with Product + Engineering to rollout new products + features to our largest enterprise customers
  • Drive customer implementations and executive engagements
  • Advise our customers on Web3 infra best practices by doing proper discovery and using your understanding of our customers’ environments
  • Use creative problem solving + product strategy to help drive 100%+ net retention within Ent customer base
  • Use the tools, knowledge, and influence to ensure our customers' needs are understood and addressed
  • Be a student of the Web3 ecosystem to be aware of industry trends, customer needs and market opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-8 years experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, Customer Product Engineer, etc.
  • Web3 passion required [Understanding core Ethereum principles, scaling mechanisms, L1/L2/L3]
  • Startup experience required
