Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

You'll be collaborating with other Network team members, Mission Assurance leads, and Product deployment teams to directly support end-users of an operational system. The Product Operations Engineer will help operate, maintain, and update a classified networking capability that provides operational Space Domain Awareness data for the United States Space Force. You'll also be responsible for providing clear and concise documentation to assist with training remote non-network technical staff for routine task such as device configuration, basic troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. This role will work hand in hand with our Mission Software Engineering team to deploy new capabilities to an operational system during future integrations. Due to the classification of the operational system, a minimum SECRET clearance is required and a TS/SCI is preferred.

  • Provide real time response, rapid resolution, and root causing complex issues across code and backing infrastructure within an air-gapped network.

  • Comfort with communicating complex thoughts simply across various methods of communication and tools
  • Enthusiasm towards transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology in space environments
  • Little to no travel required, but opportunities to travel to end-user locations will be provided.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • TS/SCI clearance preferred
  • Experience leading teams supporting distributed operational capabilities for mission critical US Government systems
  • Experience with software-defined networking and distributed mesh networking. Extensive technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including routers, switches (layer 2/3), firewalls, remote access, DNS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRF, QoS, and VPN
