Job Description
Provide global oversight, strategic direction and have a strong working knowledge of APJ/AMEA benefit programs.
Administer medical, wellness, dental, vision, life, accident and disability and knowledge of time away and leave administration.
Maintain knowledge of and analyze government regulations, benefit program trends, and prevailing practices among similar organizations, recommend changes as needed.
Lead open enrollment process where applicable by recommending program changes.
Preparing employee communication materials, supporting the design and accuracy of the IT enrollment system and working with carriers on ensuring accurate benefit enrollment.
Oversee the management of our benefits vendor relationships, consultant relationships and contracts.
Develop and maintain effective communication strategies.
Aid employees with benefits questions concerns.
Work closely with IT and Payroll to design and maintain an accurate employee benefit platform and ensure accurate associate records.
Support M&A HR activities for any due diligence and/or integration activities as needed.
Work with Corporate Finance to develop, recommend and monitor budget allocations for associate benefits.
Provide additional support for policies and system updates.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management, behavioral economics, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration
with global experience preferred.
Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective project management skills
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate ability to partner and communicate with senior leadership.
