As a Global Campaigns Manager, you will build and deliver an integrated campaign plan for DataRobot that is grounded in customer and market insights, connecting to core product differentiators and compelling reasons to believe. You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing team, Field teams, and Corporate Marketing to determine an effective go-to-market and communications approach. This role will work closely with Product and Product Marketing to ensure all field experiences are aligned with our strategic business priorities to drive demand and accelerate pipeline growth. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs across regions.

What you’ll do

  • Demand Generation | Excel at delivering integrated campaigns that drive new pipelines and accelerate existing pipelines.

  • Marketing Program Management | Oversee a project from its inception to its closing while facilitating collaboration and stakeholder reviews and providing project reports during and at the close of the project.

  • Partnerships | Engage technology alliance and channel partner marketers to bring joint messaging and activities to market.

  • Creative Excellence | Lead the creative process from ideation through to execution across touchpoints while working cross-functionally with project stakeholders.

  • Optimization | Using all of the above to continually improve internal processes and outcomes that will lead to the delivery of seamlessly integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making | Perform market and competitor analysis, results forecasting, and budget planning to make data-driven decisions that will drive the best results for the business.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment | Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, executives, and our partners and customers.

You are

  • Experienced with sales and partnering with the field aligning marketing goals and objectives to drive demand generation and achieve business outcomes.

  • Experienced in delivering effective integrated marketing campaigns and can manage all logistics for sponsored field events, and digital campaigns including webinars, content syndication, digital performance marketing, and local social content.

  • Familiar with partner and alliance marketing and understand how to create and maintain partnerships to drive visibility to our campaigns.

  • Able to lead and manage key projects, with strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and interpersonal skills.

  • A self-starter who can get things done quickly and efficiently.

  • Experienced in managing budgets and reporting metrics.

  • Well-versed in creating experiences from ideation through execution.

  • A marketer with a broad level of expertise across all marketing channels.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of Campaign Manager experience including strategy and execution is required

  • Ability to partner closely with our cross-functional teams, including Marketing leadership, regional Sales leadership, and functional delivery teams within the organization

  • Experience marketing in tech, specifically cloud and/or AI, and high-growth business environments

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively, working with insights to develop briefs

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Operational savvy and budget-management excellence

  • Experience managing and working with agencies and third parties

  • Well-versed in all aspects of campaign management

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus, but not required
