THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION:

We are looking for a world-class Senior Manager - GTM Strategy & Planning to join our Go-To-Market team as DataRobot is building best-in-class growth at scale. This role reports to the Director, of Revenue Operations. This position will help drive deeper insights into our business and support the leadership team with greater visibility, predictability, and accountability to ultimately help allow us to continue to scale and invest for significant profitable long-term growth. This role will be critical in improving our strategy and execution and planning for the future state of GTM and the overall business.

What does it take?

  • Work across several functional teams in GTM and partner closely with other business units including finance, product, data analytics, and enterprise applications coordinating and consolidating business unit objectives.

  • Create strong business partnerships with the GTM finance team for bookings revenue forecasting and financial consolidation.

  • Lead annual planning process and work with GTM senior leaders to identify their functional goals and support the development of their annual Operating Plan and multi-year plans and execution strategy.

  • Serve as lead GTM representative to help model, structure, execute, and track key strategic initiatives for all the GTM functions.

  • Manage GTM headcount and corresponding budgets with Finance teams to ensure GTM is allocating resources appropriately, efficiently, and within a defined cost envelope.

  • Oversight of consolidated GTM discretionary budget, and advising teams on how to manage this budget effectively.

  • Manage GTM compensation plan design aligned to strategic goals of GTM and finance organizations, while ensuring incentives drive alignment of account team members and customer outcomes.

  • Create accountability for the business by establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics by which we measure our company's success.

  • Understand current business and industry trends to ensure DataRobot maintains a competitive advantage.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvement.

Is this You?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

  • 7+ years of FP&A, Accounting, or other relevant Finance experience in the technology industry; familiarity with the software industry (and SaaS) is a plus.

  • Robust analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills for a broad variety of business models.

  • Experience working in or partnering closely with a GTM organization.

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and sometimes unstructured environment.

  • Attention to detail and the highest standards for accuracy and precision.

  • Ability to identify the core business issues and how to address those issues through analysis and recommendations.

  • Experience working with data and simplifying data retrieval; need to be a data-driven decision-maker.

  • Experience with systems such as salesforce.com and Tableau or other similar reporting tools is a plus.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on the audience with the demonstrated ability to partner with a range of cross-functional partners.
