Formlabs is looking for an entrepreneurial leader who will serve as a commercial catalyst to drive new business opportunities from concept through launch.
This role will also be tasked with projects to expand our customer base and optimize new partnership opportunities. As our Growth Operations Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and identifying growth strategies for developing products.

Grow a world class brand around a new product and revenue stream for Formlabs
Comprehensively own the marketing execution of the new product as a 1 man army at first, including:
Set up a modern website / manage landing pages
Establish customer journey, sign up flow
Set up the customer funnel & continuously optimize
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align growth objectives with broader company goals.
Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring product features and enhancements are aligned with customer needs and preferences
Establish success metrics and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and customer acquisition, continuously iterating and refining our approach based on results
Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally started a business or participated in growing a business early on
Thrive in early stages of product definition, enjoys ambiguity, in exchange for freedom to operate
Experience launching multi-disciplinary technology products
5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or growth focused roles
Prior experience in building and scaling successful product led growth strategies, with a demonstrated ability to drive down customer acquisition and increase lifetime value.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of key growth metrics and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
Experience working with international teams and a willingness to travel as needed.
Passion for creating delightful and intuitive product experiences that drive organic growth and customer satisfaction.
Started a company (whether successful or not) and grew it to some commercial success
Knowledge or working experience with 3D printing/additive manufacturing
MBA or advanced degree
