We embrace diversity, at NotCo everyone is welcome, here the only thing that matters is talent, potential and the motivation to want to generate high-impact changes: we are a group of unusual people, under a common goal.For our operation in nited States, we are looking for a CPFR (Customer Facing Specialist) to be based in Argentina, working remotly for the US.The Customer Facing Specialist will support customers with NotCo Products. Provides responses to inquiries by phone and e-mail, including handling concerns, complaints, or other issues as required.Main responsabilities:
  • Answer customer's questions, resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem solving solutions
  • Process Customer Orders
  • Oversee order confirmations, short shipments, cancellations and communiation
  • Manage order returns, demages and communcation to the costomers
  • Manage inventory and code dates weekly
  • Oversee sample, outlet and donation orders
  • Manage new shipments and update in SAP
  • Post and closie out outbounds orders in the specific warehouses
They will be responsible for high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and maintaining relationships with customers.Requiered experience:Fluency in verbal and written English.Experience iwarehouse and logisticsSAP & Excel.3/5 Years minimum experience as a Customer Service Representative including processing Customer Orders and issuing Sales Orders for outbound orders.
