The Portafolio & innovation specialist will play a critical role in driving product innovation, managing the launch of new products, and ensuring seamless collaboration between various departments. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to identify opportunities for new product innovations within Notco's existing product categories
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer needs to develop targeted value propositions for each new product
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a strong competitive edge in the plant-based market
- Develop and execute packaging concepts for new products, ensuring alignment with Notco's brand identity and most important product value proposition
- Work closely with design agencies to finalize packaging designs, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication throughout the process
- Utilize project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) to effectively manage product launch processes, assign tasks, and track progress
- Develop detailed project timelines, identify key milestones, and ensure timely completion of all activities
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and sales, to ensure a seamless product launch process
- Regularly update the management team on product launch progress, key milestones, and potential roadblocks
- Develop strategies to secure management buy-in and support for new product launches
- Address any delays or roadblocks in the product launch timeline and implement solutions to minimize impact
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG plant-based or startup industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing product launches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior management
