We are currently looking for a Growth Hacker to be part of our Mexico team.
The Growth Hacker will play a pivotal role in expanding our marketing strategy by focusing on high intent channels, with an emphasis on Retailers & deliveries digital platforms and apps. This position requires a data-driven, creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
1) Channel Analysis & Prioritization:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high intent channels for marketing investment, focusing on retailers digital platforms and apps.
- Analyze channel performance, audience reach, and alignment with Notco's target market to justify resource allocation.
2) Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Retailers app and web users' demographics, behaviors, and preferences. Identify specific customer segments with a high likelihood to purchase Notco products and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Continuously refine targeting and segmentation to maximize marketing effectiveness.
3) Marketing Strategy & Tactics:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase Notco's brand visibility and sales on Retailers digital platforms and apps.
- Implement specific marketing tactics, such as advertising formats, promotional offers, and product positioning, to drive growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor, measure, and optimize marketing performance on Retailers platforms.
4) Budget Allocation & Forecasting:
- Create a budget allocation plan to support the proposed marketing strategy, including the redistribution of funds from existing channels.
- Estimate the expected return on investment (ROI) from the Retailer-focused marketing efforts.
- Forecast the sales growth trajectory for Notco on retailers platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG or plant-based industry.
- Proven track record of driving significant sales growth through high intent channels and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to develop and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior management.
