We're here to bring change, which is why we take risks, we fail, and at times, achieve incredible success.We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented partner to help build our global project management office initiatives within R&D and beyond to other business units - offering first class management tools and visibility.The role will report to the Global Manager of the R&D Project Management Office.As part of R&D, the global project management office ensures adequate strategic initiatives and actions are in place to ensure project governance, artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, financial control and innovations management.You’ll be responsible to implement the adequate tools to ensure these goals are met according to the most pressing business needs - collaborating with local and global R&D teams, alongside AI, finance, and other business units.You’ll be expected to constantly zoom in/out of problems - going from minute attention to detail to being a part of a strategic scope.Join a team where you will:
  • Design, generate and implement visualization tools of key global initiatives
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders across different business units to identify needs and pain points for these initiatives
  • Track and monitor KPIs providing the appropriate visibility to all stakeholders
  • Support implementing a global project governance across multiple teams and regions

  • Industrial Civil Engineering (or similar) student or graduate.
  • Desirable specialization in a field related to the food development industry (such as chemistry or bioprocesses) or IT.Google
  • Workspace advanced skills (must)
  • Experience building dashboards with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or PowerBI
  • Fluent in English: written and spoken (must)
  • Financial acumen and P&L understanding (must).
  • Basic SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Hands-on: you are willing to get your hands dirty and are looking to bring your ideas to life.You have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
