Our success is reliant on building teams that include people from different backgrounds and experiences who can elevate assumptions and ideas with fresh perspectives. We're dedicated to hiring the whole human, not just a resume. To that end, we look for a diverse pool of applicants-including those from historically marginalized groups. We would like to invite you to apply even if you don't think you meet all of the requirements listed below. We don't want a few lines in a job description to get between us and the opportunity to meet you.
The Team
The EMEA Solutions Consultants are an integral part of the Outreach EMEA Go-To-Market function. We focus on driving real business impact for prospects by being both technology and domain experts. We are expected to understand our prospect’s challenges and objectives - then guide them toward lasting solutions. We do this by becoming truly trusted partners of our potential and existing customers through technical acumen and domain expertise while partnering with other functions, internally (success, professional services, product, engineering, marketing) and externally (partners).
The Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with Account Executives to showcase the power of Outreach to potential and existing customers. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to driving new logo, expansion and renewal revenue for the EMEA region by managing compelling solution-based value propositions that address the prospect’s or customer’s critical go-to-market hurdles. You will conduct product demos, manage technical validation activities (including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and ultimately help develop business cases for the prospect or customer during the entire customer lifecycle.
