We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a Sales Ops Manager, Inbound Strategy & Operations to support our mission.

This role is based in either San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

The Sales Ops Manager, Inbound Strategy & Operations, will be responsible for scaling Patreon’s inbound funnel function from the ground up. This role will focus on successfully onboarding and maximizing both creators’ businesses and Patreon’s revenue with ROI positive investments. Responsibilities include automating the funnel’s current state via scaled outreach & data tracking systems as well as optimizing the funnel journey by strategically segmenting leads, routing leads, and analyzing and reporting on funnel trends and findings.

In this role you will:

  • Operationalize the Inbound Funnel: Develop and execute a strategy to optimize Patreon’s inbound customer funnel and its many workstreams with a goal of creating an ROI positive inbound sales motion. This includes creating tools, standing up programs, and optimizing existing inbound funnel traffic.

  • Strategically Segment Inbound Traffic: Manage the strategic segmentation of territories and verticals within the inbound funnel using advanced analytics, market research, and segmentation methodologies developed by the enterprise sales team. Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize inbound funnel to surface highest value accounts and sales efforts that drive revenue growth with those customers.

  • Route Leads According to Value: Establish and refine processes for routing inbound sales leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maximizing conversion rates.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive data analysis initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within specific territories and customer segments. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales account targeting & overall business objectives.

  • Reporting: Design and maintain comprehensive inbound funnel reporting to track and analyze lead generation, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance, providing actionable insights to optimize inbound efforts.

  • Enablement: Collaborate with acquisitions and cross-functional team members to develop materials, guides, and tools that empower creators to quickly launch and scale their revenue-generating potential within the platform.

About You

  • A strong problem solver who leverages data with a results oriented mindset, always willing to roll up your sleeves and stand up systems designed to meet ambitious ROI goals.

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to develop and maintain sophisticated segmentation models and rules to support sales operations and lead routing processes.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), B2B sales processes, and other sales and marketing automation tools.

  • Experience with at scale outreach tools (e.g., Iterable and Outreach)
